About the Opportunity
Working as part of the People and Culture Directorate and reporting to the Volunteer Services Manager, you will provide high‑quality administrative, compliance, and reporting support across the volunteer lifecycle.
The role supports the delivery of a contemporary volunteering function and contributes to strong governance, positive volunteer experiences, and effective organisational outcomes.

- Community Support Level 4 - $44.58 per hour +15% superannuation

About You
You will have:
- Well‑developed data entry, reporting, and system administration skills, including use of the Microsoft Office suite
- A high level of attention to detail and confidence managing accurate and confidential records
- A proven ability to work autonomously and/or collaboratively ensuring delivery on commitments within a fast-paced environment
- A genuine appreciation for the contribution volunteers make and an interest in supporting positive volunteer engagement
